EnviroTech Services, Inc. offers a full spectrum of services. From tank installation and removals to turn key investigations to remediation projects, we can provide our clients with practical solutions. Our staff is complete and all services are in house. We maintain a small dedicated group of long term employees to ensure that each project is met and handled by knowledgeable staff.
Underground (UST) and Above Ground (AST) Storage Tank Services: We offer a complete range of services from installation, to removal and testing. Our staff will walk you through this process to ensure it is accomplished in a professional manner. Combined our staff has conducted literally thousands of removals and installations of both USTs and ASTs, there is nothing that they have no come across and we can ensure that your project will be handled with professionalism and the courtesy you deserve.
Investigation Services: Our staff is well versed in what is required to conduct a thorough and complete soil and groundwater investigation. We have experience in conducting investigations from industrial facilities to residential properties. For our residential clients, our experience is unparalleled. We represented a variety of insurance carriers over the years, performing investigations to fully delineate soil and groundwater impacts, and conduct forensic evaluations. The forensic evaluations were pivotal in ensuring that the carriers were able to subrogate against prior carriers and owners. Insurance Carrier Oversight: ETS has represented dozens of carriers through our history. We have been able to manage projects from inception to closure, from site characterization and delineation, to bid acquisition and contractor selection through on site project management and invoice reconciliation. ETS has the experience to see project through from start to finish.
Phase I and Phase II Environmental Investigations: ETS performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for a wide range of lending institutions, insurance carriers, municipalities and the general public. We can ensure that you meet and exceed the complex issue of due diligence.
Septic Tank Services: ETS has added the installation and servicing of septic tanks and septic tank systems to our list of services. We work with licensed engineers in the design and installation of residential septic tanks throughout the State. This is an evolving field that has continual changing regulations.
